All our citrus slices and products are produced in a sterile domestic home kitchen.  Once dehydrated, the slices are then carefully packaged and kept in a cool dry storage facility in an animal and smoke-free environment.  Whilst we frequently use these handmade citrus slices as a garnish in drinks and cake decorations and practice good food hygiene, we are not currently registered as a food business.

We understand that you will want to get crafting ASAP, that's why we are dedicated to getting your order out as soon as possible.  You can usually expect your items within 3-7 working days, Royal Mail postage permitting!
